Partner Terms
The terms of the Void Research Partner Programme, in full. This is the same text the acceptance checklist shows — nothing is held back for the gate.
1The relationship
The Void Research Partner Programme pays commission on qualifying referred orders. Partners are independent — nothing here creates employment, agency, or any authority to act for Void Research. Participation requires a completed partner profile and, before any payout, acceptance of these terms.
2Brand use and impersonation
Partners may name and link to Void Research in their own voice, and may use assets we provide for the purpose we provide them. Partners may not present themselves as Void Research; may not register domains, handles or pages confusable with the brand; and may not represent their content, offers or statements as official.
3Content restrictions
All products are for in vitro laboratory research only. Partner content must not depict, describe, or imply human or veterinary use; must not include dosing, administration or protocol guidance; and must not make claims that any product treats, cures, prevents or improves any disease, condition, appearance or performance. Offers must be represented exactly as they are: the code's real benefit, no invented discounts or urgency.
4Required disclosures
Every piece of content carrying a partner code or link must include a clear, conspicuous material-connection disclosure that complies with the FTC's Endorsement Guides and any equivalent local rules — visible without expansion, not buried in tags or fine print.
5Responsibility for content
Partners are solely responsible for the content they publish. Void Research is not its publisher, sponsor or endorser, and partners agree to indemnify Void Research against claims arising from their content or conduct.
6Lawful conduct
Partners must comply with all applicable law, including anti-spam rules (CAN-SPAM, TCPA and equivalents), intellectual-property law, and privacy law. Unsolicited bulk outreach, purchased or scraped contact lists, and infringing use of third-party marks or content are prohibited.
7Commissions, reversals, payouts and taxes
Commission accrues on qualifying referred orders at the partner's displayed rate and is subject to the published caps and floors. Self-referrals do not qualify and are reversed. Refunded, cancelled or unpaid orders reverse their commission — after payout, the reversal offsets the next balance. Payouts are issued after review, above the published minimum; balances below it roll over. Payouts may require identity and payout-detail verification, are reported where law requires (including US 1099 reporting), and taxes on commissions are the partner's responsibility.
8Enforcement
Void Research may investigate suspected violations and pause affected commissions during review. Violations may result in content-removal requests, forfeiture of commission on violating activity, suspension, or termination of the partnership. Enforcement decisions consider severity and history; a partner may always ask for the reason for an action taken on their account.
9Changes and acceptance
These terms may be updated. Partners are shown the new version and asked to accept it before further payouts; continuing in the programme after acceptance constitutes agreement. Acceptance is electronic and recorded with a timestamp and the version accepted.
